- Lentil Soup: Traditional yellow lentil soup
- Caprese: For only $2 more, make it Caprese-style with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil oil and balsamic reduction

Second Course - Choose one of these entrees

- Vegetable Tagine: A combination of spinach, mushrooms, preserved lemon, peas, white beans, green olives and caramelized onions stewed in a garlic and extra virgin olive oil fresh tomato sauce served with basmati rice
- Orzo Primavera: Creamy parmesan orzo with green peas, mushrooms and sundried tomatoes and zucchini with grilled shrimp
- Grilled Shrimp: Charcoal grilled with grilled tomatoes, red onions and zucchini, served with potato
- Grilled Chicken: Served over creamy spinach, mushrooms and fresh grilled tomatoes, served with scalloped potatoes, drizzled with soy ginger glaze
- Chicken Parmesan: Lightly breaded and pan-fried chicken served with Penne or Linguine topped with pomodoro sauce and melted mozzarella
